Finishing her apple, Ashlyn thought over Liza’s words about this beautiful…..and Hyun Sang. She set the core back on the tray, to be tossed in the trash when they left. Then she leaned back against the tree and stretched out her legs. Ash looked at Liza. She looked and seemed nice, surely she wasn’t friends with someone who was mean. But she could not understand…What about Hyun Sang kept the other students away from here?
She sighed and dug through her bad, searching for her schedule. Wondering briefly what class was next. Ash notice that it was math and groaned, then set the paper on her legs. She looked at Liza again, blurting out “Is he mean to others or something?” Which really was not what she had meant to say. But obviously her mind had had other plans. Ash blushed, ran a hand through her hair and then shook her head. “I’m sorry…I don’t know where that came from…” She looked back at the paper on her legs, then back to the other girl. “What class do you have next?” Ash was trying to change the subject.

Liza finished her lunch and breathed in deeply, she smiled and closed her eyes, she loved to enjoy those kind of moments, calm and relaxed moments. Ash asked her if HyunSang was a mean person to others, she opened her eyes and looked up to the sky, thinking for a moment, then Ash apologized for asking such thing.
"It's ok... it's something I can answer" she said and smiled in a sad way, but still looking at the sky. "he's not mean to others, others usually are mean to him" then she looked back at Ash. "he just... defended himself." her smile turned a bit sweeter. Then smiled when Ash asked about the schedule.
"History, I believe" she made a frown and then sighed. History wasn't her favorite subjects.

“Oh…” Ash responded distractedly. Others were mean to him…..why, she wondered. Because he was different? She fiddled with a piece of grass, staring down at the green ground a few moments before saying anything. “I guess that is a good thing.” And she really felt that way. It must be nice to know how to defend yourself.
Ash smiled at the look on Liza’s face. “I take it that you don’t like History that much?” Then she sighed, and laughed nervously, “ “I would trade you my math for your history, if they would let us!”
